Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Subscription Tracker (the "App"). Kazuki Apps (the "Developer"), which develops and provides the App, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

All subscription information you register in the App (service name, amount, billing cycle, next billing date, category, notes, and free-trial end date), your monthly budget, notification settings, theme, and other preferences are stored only in a local database (Room) on your device. This data is never sent to or shared with external servers, and the Developer cannot access it. The App does not require account registration and does not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address.

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as GAID) and usage data to optimize advertising.

The App uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to analyze usage and improve the service. This may collect app usage events (such as adding, editing, or deleting a subscription, viewing statistics, searching, setting a budget, or registering a free trial), general usage statistics, device/OS information, and an app instance identifier. Identifying input such as subscription service names, amounts, notes, and billing dates is never sent — only abstracted parameters (such as billing-cycle type, category type, and language) are used. This information is used for statistical analysis and not to personally identify you.

The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to improve quality. When the App crashes, diagnostic data such as the crash stack trace, device information, and OS version is sent to Crashlytics. The subscription details you have entered are not included in this data.

Billing-date reminders and free-trial end-date reminders are scheduled locally on your device based on the billing dates and trial end dates you set. No information is sent externally for notifications. On Android 13 and later, the notification permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) is used to display notifications.

Data Storage and Sharing

The subscription information, monthly budget, and preferences you register are stored only in local storage on your device. The Developer does not access this data and does not provide or sell it to third parties. Internet communication is used only to display ads, analyze usage, and report crashes, and is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

Your Choices Regarding Ads and Analytics

The identifiers used for ad personalization and analytics can be controlled from your device settings. On Android, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization via "Settings → Privacy → Ads." You can also delete the App's data (subscription information and preferences) at any time from "Settings → Apps" on your device.

Disclaimer

The Developer assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the App. Reminder notifications may be delayed or undelivered depending on the device state (such as battery-saver settings or OS restrictions). Subscription prices and billing dates are subject to change by their respective providers; please confirm the latest accurate information on each provider's official site.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be changed without prior notice. The revised policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.

When you send an email from the App's feedback screen, supporting information — the app version, Android OS version, device manufacturer/model, and locale — is automatically appended to the email body to assist with our response. The contents of your registered subscriptions (service name, amount, notes, etc.) are never included.
