Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Checklist (the "App"). Kazuki Apps (the "Developer"), which develops and provides the App, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

All checklists, items, notes, templates, and settings (such as theme and font) that you create in the App are stored only on your device. This data is never sent to or shared with external servers, and the Developer cannot access it. The App does not require account registration and does not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address.

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as GAID) and usage data to optimize advertising.

The App uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to analyze usage and improve the service. This may collect app usage events, general usage statistics, device/OS information, and an app instance identifier. This information is used for statistical analysis and not to personally identify you.

Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device based on the days and times you set. No information is sent externally for notifications. On Android 13 and later, the notification permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) is used to display notifications.

The App uses the following third-party services. For details on how each service handles data, please refer to its respective privacy policy.

Data Storage and Sharing

Data such as the checklists you create is stored only in local storage on your device. The Developer does not access this data and does not provide or sell it to third parties. Internet communication is used only to display ads and analyze usage, and is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

Your Choices Regarding Ads and Analytics

The identifiers used for ad personalization and analytics can be controlled from your device settings. On Android, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization via "Settings → Privacy → Ads." You can also delete the App's data (checklists and settings) at any time from "Settings → Apps" on your device.

Disclaimer

The Developer assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the App. Reminder notifications may be delayed or undelivered depending on the device state (such as battery-saver settings or OS restrictions).

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be changed without prior notice. The revised policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
